About Suki Singh, MSW, LSW
Therapist
Suki Singh brings an open mind and heart to therapy—meeting clients exactly where they are, without pretense or pressure. With degrees in both Social Work and Business Administration from Aurora University, and a focus on community resources, Suki’s work is rooted in real-world understanding and a deep respect for each client’s story. Whether she’s working with individuals, couples, or families, her goal is simple: to create a space where people feel safe enough to be fully themselves.
Suki specializes in family systems therapy and takes a holistic, client-centered approach that honors the whole person. Fluent in Punjabi and deeply committed to cultural responsiveness, she works hard to understand the faiths, backgrounds, and values of the people she serves. If she doesn’t know something, she’ll ask—and that humility makes a difference. Her sessions often include creative expression, movement, or play—tools that help clients process their experiences when words aren’t enough.
"If I need to learn more about their religion, culture, or way of life, I'm more than willing, because that was something I needed. I love being there for my clients when they're struggling, allowing themselves to catch a breath… Showing them there is a way through."
—Suki Singh
Suki’s areas of focus include anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, parenting struggles, and relationship challenges. She’s currently deepening her practice through advanced training in ADHD, play therapy, and couples work. Clients appreciate her blend of warmth and practical insight—she listens deeply, doesn’t rush the process, and genuinely wants people to feel seen and supported. She is professionally supervised by Kathleen E. Eccles, MSW, LCSW, C-ACYFSW, as the law requires for her licensure.
Outside of session, Suki is a dedicated family member and dog rescuer who fosters and adopts bulldogs through Illinois English Bulldog Rescue. Her life is full of connection—whether it’s with clients, loved ones, or the animals who’ve found a home with her. For Suki, healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and within the communities we build.
