Who We Are:
A Practice That Thrives Together
Led by Katie DeBock Eccles, our team is made up of deeply human, whip-smart clinicians who are constantly learning, growing, and keeping it real. Shared values unite our team: authenticity, collaboration, and a deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit.
We operate more like a family than a hierarchy—cheering each other on, challenging each other to grow, and encouraging every team member (and client, for that matter) to lead with their strengths.
We believe good therapy starts with a good therapist, in a nourishing environment. That’s why we prioritize open communication, mentorship, professional development, and a welcome-home culture where everyone can thrive, not just survive. Together, we create a supportive, empowering environment where clients and clinicians flourish.
